Food entrepreneurs, industry experts, researchers, investors, and ecosystem builders gathered at The Grove in London for the second annual Southwest Food Innovation Summit. Organized through a collaboration between Foodpreneur Advantage, the London Small Business Centre, London Economic Development Corporation, Western Fair District, Fanshawe College Centre for Research and Innovation, Eye Candy Design, and True Leaves Consulting, the Summit showcased the strength and momentum of Southwestern Ontario’s food and beverage sector. Attendees participated in keynote presentations, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and exhibitor showcases, all designed to inspire innovation and support business growth.
The event also highlighted the impact of Foodpreneur Advantage, which has supported food and beverage entrepreneurs since 2021 and now operates through a network of more than 25 Small Business Enterprise Centres across Ontario. From startup guidance to scale-up support, the program continues to help businesses navigate product development, production, branding, retail readiness, distribution, and expansion into new markets.
The Summit served as a powerful reminder that collaboration is one of the region’s greatest strengths, bringing together the people, resources, and expertise needed to help food businesses succeed.
We extend our sincere thanks to Title Sponsor Farm Credit Canada (FCC), Influencer Sponsor Express Employment Professionals, and all exhibitors, speakers, and partners who contributed to making this year’s event a success.
